摘 要:通过实验研究 ,探索出了一种用羟磷灰石对炭 /炭复合材料牙种植体表面进行改性的方法。研究结果表明 :在热固性酚醛树脂中添加 10 %~ 2 5 %的羟磷灰石细粉制成浆体 ,用预氧丝作增强剂包覆于炭 /炭复合材料牙种植体表面 ,再经 110 0℃高温处理 ,可以在炭 /炭复合材料的表面形成强度良好的复合改性膜。改性膜中钙含量随着酚醛树脂中羟磷灰石添加量的增加而提高。通过研究发现 :用预氧丝作增强剂得到的改性膜的强度明显优于用炭纤维作增强剂得到的改性膜的强度。同时 ,用预氧丝作增强剂得到的改性膜与基体之间结合的强度也明显优于用炭纤维作增强剂得到的改性膜与基体之间结合的强度。The surface of C/C composite dental implants was modified with hydroxyapatite. 10 %~25 % hydroxyapatite powder was added to thermosetting phenolic resin to make thick fluid, which was strengthened by preoxidized PAN fiber. Then, the fluid was coated on the surface of C/C composite dental implants, a stronger modified composites layer was formed on the surface of C/C composites by means of heat treatment at 1 100 ℃. The calcium content of the modified layer increased with the amount of hydroyapatite added into the phenolic resin. Results indicated that the strength of the modified layer with the preoxidized PAN fibers as the reinforcer was significantly higher than that of the modified layer with carbon fibers as the reinforcer. At the same time, the combining intensity between the modified layer and the base with the preoxidized PAN fibers as the reinforcer was stronger than that with the carbon fibers as the reinforcer.
