摘  要:Φ380托辊是太钢不锈炼钢厂立式1 280连铸机托辊装置的重要零件,它的突然断裂严重影响正常生产。针对这个问题,通过分析托辊的受力,计算托辊的疲劳强度安全系数,利用Solid-Works Simulation软件从静态分析和疲劳分析入手,得出Φ380托辊辊身疲劳破坏所需的循环次数,提出针对性的改进建议。The abrupt fracture of Ф380 holding roller of 1 280 vertical continuous casting machine in TISCO stainless steel plant affected the normal production seriously. The force analysis of the Ф380 holding roller is conducted and the fatigue strength safety factor is calculated in this paper to solve the problem. The static analysis and fatigue analysis for the holding roller are carried out with the software SolidWorks Simulation. The stress cycle before fatigue failure of the Ф380 holding roller was obtained according to the analysis. A specific suggestion on the failure of the holding roller is put forward for further improvement.
