留置肛管对预防直肠癌低位保肛术后吻合口漏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察留置肛管对预防直肠癌低位保肛术后吻合口漏的临床疗效。方法将100例行低位直肠癌保肛手术的患者按有无留置肛管分为留置组51例和未留置组49例。比较2组术后并发症发生情况。结果留置组术后吻合口漏发生率为0,低于对照组的6.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论留置肛管引流减压能够有效预防直肠癌低位保肛术后吻合口漏的发生,增加了手术安全性。Objective To observe the effect of transanal tube drainage and decompression on prevention of anastomotic leakage following anterior resection for rectal cancer.Methods 100 cases of patients undergoing anterior resection for rectal cancer were randomly divided into indwelling group （51 cases） and no indwelling group （49 cases）.The incidence of complications of 2 groups was compared.Results The incidence of anastomotic leakage of indwelling group was 0,which was lower than 6.1% of the no indwelling group,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The transanal tube drainage and decompression is effective in preventing the occurrence of anastomotic leakage in sphincter preserving surgery for rectal cancer,increasing the surgical safety.
