摘　　要：当代资本主义跨国公司仍然是垄断资本剥削世界各国人民的有力工具。为了对世界有限的资源进行合理配置和使用以获取最大利润 ,跨国公司采取所有权策略、产品策略、价格策略 。WT5”BZ]This article discusses the present capitalist transanational corporation is still a powerful tool of which monopoly capital exploits the people all over the world.The transanational corporations adapt tactics of ownership,product and price,in order to make the world limited sources reasonable disposition and use to get the highest profit.They also permeate and extend themselves into the developing countries.
