摘　　要：BOT建设模式在国际国内应用已经比较广泛,杭州庆春路隧道项目采用BOT模式已经建成投入使用。文章对该项目BOT模式的招商、建设、投融资、风险控制等问题进行了探讨,对采用BOT模式进行基础设施建设存在的问题进行了分析,对在基础设施建设项目建设中采用BOT模式具借鉴意义。BOT construction model is widely used at home and abroad. Qingchun road tunnel project in Hangzhou had adopted BOT model and now it had been built and put into use. This article discussed the problems in investment, construction, investment and financing, risk management and other aspects of this project, analyzed the problems of using BOT mode in infrastructure construction, which has significance for the similar construction.
