网格化管理模式在高校学生管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着信息技术和科学技术的迅猛发展,网格化管理模式逐渐在我国各行各业被推广和应用。随着高等院校学生管理工作管理理念和管理模式的更新换代,高校学生管理工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。通过对当前高校学生特点和现有管理体系进行分析发现,将网格化管理模式运用与高校学生管理工作势在必行。本文在分析网格化管理模式概念的基础上,提出对其应用的可行性和必要性的探究。Abstract：colleges and universities student management concept and model, the college student management faces with new opportunities and challenges. Based on the analysis of college student＇s characteristics and the existing management system, the author thinks that it is necessary to apply grid management to student management. The paper analyzes the concept of grid management model, and puts forward the feasibility and necessity of the application of grid management model.
