摘　　要：针对地方新建本科院校学科建设存在的问题,从凝练学科方向、汇聚学术队伍、构建学科基地、营造学术氛围、科研突破,经济短板、开放办学等方面做了分析研究,并提出了应对措施,从而探索了一条地方新建本科院校人才培养的新途径。Aiming at the problems in discipline construction of local newly built university, the paper analyzes from determining discipline direction, constructing academic staff, constructing discipline base, building academic atmosphere, scientific research breakthrough, economic weakness, and opening school-running, and so on, puts forward the counter measures in order to explore a new way of personne[ training of local newly built universities.
