摘　　要：本文从探讨具有行业背景的地方高等工科院校专业课教师工程实践能力培养的必要性出发,针对我国高等工科院校专业课教师工程实践背景或经历缺乏的问题,提出了依托产学研合作基地,以项目为纽带,加强校企合作,聘请石化企业专家进教师队伍等提高专业课程教师工程实践能力的措施与途径。This paper focused on developing the ability of engineering practice for professional teachers in China＇s Higher Engineering College with industry background. Higher college should take measures to improve the ability of engineering practice for the professional teachers by strengthening the cooperation between college and enterprise, establishing research cooperation base, and petrochemical enterprise experts were engaged in teaching.
