摘　　要：本文概述了自适应放疗(ART)的发展及其主要临床应用现状,主要论述了基于CT-ON-RAIL系统开展图像引导ART的流程及优势所在,并对ART未来的发展方向进行了展望,为从事ART的研究人员和医务工作者提供参考。This paper demonstrates the development and clinical application of adaptive radiotherapy（ART）, discusses the process and advantages of image-guided ART based on the CT-ON- RAIL system, also analyzes the future development trend of ART, in order to provide a reference for ART researchers and medical workers.
