摘　　要：目的探讨食管类癌在数字胃肠机下的影像学表现,并提高对此病的认识程度。方法分析我院1例经术后病理证实的食管类癌。此例已行食管钡餐造影和胃镜检查,并已作手术治疗及病理检查。结果食管钡餐造影:位于食管中上段的病灶局限性长椭圆形充盈缺损,管壁柔软,管腔狭窄,粘膜增粗,粘膜皱襞变浅。结论食管钡剂造影可以显示食管类癌病变的部位、形状、范围、粘膜等情况,是诊断该病有效的方法。Objective This paper discusses on the imaging performance of carcinoid of esophagus in digital gastrointestinal machine to improve the cognition degree for it. Methods Analyzed the patient with esophageal carcinoid who was confirmed by postoperative pathology. The patient had done esophageal barium meal radiography, gastroscopy, surgical operation and pathological examination. Results Esophageal barium meal radiography： the lesions located above the middle and upper esophageal carcinoma with limitations long oval filling defect, the wall of esophagus was soft, the lumen of esophagus was stenosis, esophageal mucosa coarsening and the mucosal plica became shallow. Conclusion The site, shape, range, mucosal situation of the carcinoid of esophagus can be showed by barium meal examination, and it is an effective method to diagnose the tumor.
