摘 要:目的:研究血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1R)A1166C多态性与云南彝族原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法:采用PCR-RFLP技术检测云南省晋宁县235例彝族EH患者(EH组)和180例彝族健康者(对照组)的AT1R基因A1166C多态性,并进行相关性分析。结果:EH组AA、AC+CC基因型频率为91.9%、8.1%,对照组为95.6%、4.4%;2组A1166等位基因的频率分别为95.7%和97.8%,均差异无统计学意义。在彝族女性中,EH患者AC+CC基因型和C等位基因频率明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:AT1R基因A1166C多态性可能是云南彝族女性EH的遗传易感因素。Objective: To investigate the relationship between angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1R) gene Al166C polymorphism and essential hypertension (EH) in Yi population in Yunnan province. Method: Two hundred and thirty-five EH patients (EH group) and 180 normal controls (normal group) of Yi population in Yunnan province were recruited. The AT1R Al166C polymorphism was determined by PCR-RFLP technique. Then the possible association between the gene polymorphism and EH was analyzed. Result:Frequencies of the AA and AC +CC genotypes were 91.9%, 8.1% in EH group, and 95.6% , 4.4% in normal group, respectively. Derived allele frequencies of the A1166 were 95.7% in EH group and 97.8% in normal group. There was no significant difference in A1166C genotypes distribution and allele frequencies between the two groups. But for female, frequencies of AC+CC genotype and 1166C allele in EH group were higher than those in normal group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The AT1R Al166C polymorphism may be involved in the pathogenesis of EH in female of Yi population.
