摘 要:目的:探讨饰瓷咬合面中央窝区域不同磨损程度下,金属烤瓷全冠饰瓷层应力变化情况。方法:以1∶15标准下颌第一磨牙塑料模型为对象,运用逆向工程和计算机辅助设计技术建立全冠饰瓷中央窝区域与对颌牙尖不同磨损深度的有限元模型,分别设定磨损深度为0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、1.0 mm。并在全冠磨损面上垂直加载350 N的力,约束于牙槽骨底面。观察不同磨损程度对于全冠饰瓷层Von Mises应力峰值的影响。结果:随着中央窝区域磨损程度加深,咬合面上磨损面积变大,瓷层厚度减小,并且面积增大的幅度明显大于瓷层厚度的变化;饰瓷Von Mises应力峰值随之减小(224 MPa降低至35.5 MPa),但界面处的应力峰值减小幅度较低,并且有形成应力集中区域的趋势。结论:磨损造成的面积增大对于应力峰值的影响较大;适当的磨损面有利于饰瓷应力的合理分布。AIM: To investigate the effect of different wear conditions on the stress distribution of metal ce- ramic crown. METHODS: This analysis was performed using a finite element model of mandibular first molar. The dif- ferent levels of relative wear depth (mm) were set at 0.1,0.3 , 0.5 , 0.7 and 1.0 respectively. Force of 350 N was applied vertically to the wear surface of the crown at central fossa area on the veneer layer. The model was constrainted on the alveolar bone opposite to the root end. Von Mises stress in the veneer was determined. RESULTS: Von Mises stress in veneer decreased from 224 MPa to 35.5 MPa with the increase of wear surface, while the thickness decrease of veneer resulted from the increased relative wear depth had little effect on Von Mises stress. However, the stress of the interface decreased slightly. And the stress in the interface area was gradually concentrated. CONCLUSION: The wear surface area of veneer porcelain has more influence on the stress level than the wear depth. Appropriate wear sur- face is in favor of the stress distribution.
