摘 要:目的:探讨诱骗受体3(DcR3)在涎腺肿瘤中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:通过免疫组化和原位杂交法检测涎腺肿瘤中DcR3的表达情况,并分析其表达与患者临床病理参数的关系。结果:DcR3主要表达在涎腺肿瘤的肿瘤性上皮细胞胞质和正常涎腺闰管和纹管的细胞质中;DcR3在恶性涎腺肿瘤中的表达高于良性肿瘤(P<0.05);DcR3在恶性涎腺肿瘤中的表达与其恶性程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);DcR3蛋白和mRNA的表达显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:DcR3可能参与了涎腺肿瘤的发生发展。Objective: To investigate the expression of decoy receptor 3 (DcR3) in salivary gland tumors and its clinicopathological significance. Methods: Immunohistochemstry and in situ hybridization were used to examine the expression of DcR3 in salivary gland tumors. The relationship between DcR3 expression and clinicopathological parameters of the tumors was analysed, Results: The ex- pression of DcR3 was found mainly in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells of salivary gland tumors and the corrugated tube and leap tube of normal salivary gland ; its expression was higher in malignant salivary gland tumors than in benign tumors ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and that was related to malignant degree and nodal metastasis of malignant tumors ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expression of DcR3 protein was significantly correlated with DcR3 mRNA in the tumors( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: DcR3 may play a role in tumorigenesis and development of sali- vary gland tumors.
