摘　　要：用锥形束CT辅助诊断牛牙症根折伴牙内吸收1例,锥形束CT对该症的诊断和治疗方面有重要指导意义。One case of taurodontism with tooth internal resorption and rool fracture was diagnosed by cone beam CT（CBCT）. The cases is reported and the significance of CBCT in the diagnosis of laurodontism is disscused.
