摘　　要：目的:研究鼻咽部畸胎瘤(NPT)的临床特征,提高该病的诊断和治疗水平。方法:报道1例14岁儿童患者的临床资料,并进行相关文献复习。结果:患者鼻内镜下经口行NPT切除手术,术后随访5年未复发。结论:NPT在临床上罕见,诊断主要依靠临床表现、影像学检查及病理检查,鼻内镜下手术是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of nasopharyngeal teratomas（NPT）, improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Method：We reported a 14 years old girl with NPT,and reviewed the lit- eratures. Result：NPT was transorally exsected under nasal endoscope, no recurrence was found over a 5 year fol- low-up. Conclusion：NPT is rare, the diagnosis of the disease relies on clinical manifestations,imaging and patholog- ical examination. Transoral endoscopic surgery is an effective method of treatment.
