摘  要:目的利用眼模型研究人T品状体(IOL)不同屈光度(D)对色差的影响。方法计算机数值模拟实验研究。对2012年4~6月在天津市眼科医院以Liou—Brennan眼模型为基础在ZEMAX光学设计软件中建立IOL眼模型,模拟植入传统球面IOL(AR40e,美国AMO公司)在离焦为零时调制传递函数(MTF)曲线,分析IOL的不同屈光度在不同空间频率下对色差的影响。结果3mm瞳孔下,在0~60c/d空间频率范围内,各空间频率下555nm光下的MTF值均高于复色光下的MTF值,且随着屈光度数的增加,两者之间的差异逐渐增大,且在10~30c/d空间频率下,两者之间的差异具有统计学意义。结论以Lioll一Brennan眼模型为基础,构建不同屈光度IOL眼模型并模拟其光学系统的成像质量。IOL随着屈光度数的增加所带来的色差的增加,能够降低视网膜的成像质量。IOL光学部的厚薄对人眼光学系统的色差有一定程度的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of chromatic aberration of different diopter intra- ocular lenses in IOL eye models. Methods Computer numerical simulation experiment was used. IOL eye model based on Liou-Brennan eye model was constructed by using ZEMAX optical design software. Different diopter IOLs (traditional typical spherical IOL AR40e, AMO company of Ameri- ca) were implanted in this eye model. Monochromatic and polychromatic through focus modulation transfer function (MTF) curves were computed. Different diopter IOLs' effect on chromatic aberra- tion under different spatial frequency was analyzed. Results MTF values for 555nm monochromatic light were higher than polychromatic light under any spatial frequency at the range of 0-60c/d when well focused at 3mm pupil. The difference between the two MTF values increased with the increas- ing diopter, and it was more significant between 10-30c/d. Conclusions Different diopter IOL eye model based on Liou-Brennan eye model is constructed to simulate the optical performance. The chromatic aberration becomes larger with the IOLs' diopter increasing, which decreases the retinal quality. To some extent, the central thickness of the IOLs' optical part has an effect on the chromat- ic aberration of human eye optical system.
