白内障超声乳化摘除联合经前房硅油取出合并人工晶状体植入78例观察

摘　　要：目的分析白内障超声乳化摘除联合经前房硅油取出合并人工晶状体植入手术的利弊，进一步指导临床工作。方法回顾分析78例（78只眼）硅油填充眼采用超声乳化摘除白内障后行后囊膜环形撕囊，经前房取卅硅油，同时植入人工晶状体（均植入囊袋内）的临床资料。结果经4到15个月随访，所有患者眼前节情况稳定，人工晶状体在位，角膜无损害，71例患者视力不同程度提高。结论白内障超声乳化摘除联合经前房硅油取卅术手术损伤小，同时缩短治疗时间，提高患者治疗顺应性。Objective To sum up oil removal through anterior chamber the surgical results of combined phacoemulcification, silicone and intraocular lens implantation. Methods In this retrospec- tive study, 78 patients were underwent phacoemulcification, silicone oil removal through anterior chamber and intraocular lens implantation （all in capsular）. Results Follow-up was 4-15 months, lens dislocation and cornea injury were not observed in any patients. The visual acuities were in- creased in 71 eyes. Conclusions Combined phacoemulcification, silicone oil removal through anterior chamber and intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective. It takes shorter time, has fewer com- plications and improve the treated compliance of patients.
