摘　　要：外贸制度改革是经济体制改革的重要组成部分,系指对外贸易的组织形式、机构设置、管理权限、经营分工及利益分配等内在的对外贸易的组织形式和运行方式。改革开放后,在中国经济体制改革的大背景下,中国对外贸易的制度变迁经历了一条从管制到放松管制、从集权到分权、从计划到市场的创新之路。文章对外贸体制改革的历程以及过程中各个利益主体的博弈进行了分析,指出了中央政府和地方政府之间、国与国之间的不断博弈推动着中国外贸制度改革的进程。Foreign trade reform is an important part of economic reform; it means organization, institutions, management authority, operating within the foreign trade division and the distribution of benefit. After the reforms, China＇s foreign trade regime has carried out a series of changes gradually from the highly centralized foreign trade system to a market economy system. The article from the point of view of game theory analyzes the path of foreign trade system reform, the game between the central government, local government and other countries promote China＇s foreign trade system reform process.
