摘　　要：文章在界定企业创新团队知识共享内涵的基础上,基于知识共享过程视角系统分析和深入研究企业创新团队知识共享过程,认为其包括知识流动、知识转化、知识转移和知识交易四个阶段,构建了企业创新团队知识共享机制模型,揭示企业创新团队知识共享机理。On the base of defining the meaning of knowledge sharing in enterprise innovation team, and from the perspective of knowledge sharing process, this paper systematically studied the knowledge sharing process in college scientific research group team that include the following four stages： knowledge flowing, knowledge transforming, knowledge transfer and knowledge transaction, revealed the knowledge sharing mechanism of college scientific research group team. It can provide the scientific reference to how the enterprise innovation group team can share knowledge and enhance self-innovation.
