摘　　要：本文作者根据担任学生班长以来组织学习的体会,提出了在我国民办本科高校有限教育资源的基础上,打造以提高民办本科毕业生质量为核心的特色办学模式。结果表明,实施特色办学模式,不仅能有效提高民办本科高校毕业生的质量,还为我国民办本科高校未来发展的可持续性提供了启示。the author according to a student since the organizational learning experience, put forward the our country private under-graduate college education resources co., LTD., on the basis of run by the local people make in order to improve the undergraduate course graduate quality as the core of the mode of running characteristics. The results show that, the implementation mode of running characteristics, not only can effectively improve the quality of the undergraduate college graduates of run by the local people, but also to promote our country private undergraduate university future the sustainable development to provide some enlightenment.
