摘 要:可编程序控制器(简称PLC)是基于微型计算机技术的通用工业自动控制设备。PLC由于体积小、功能强、速度快、可靠性高,又具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性,目前已被应用到机械制造、冶金、化工、交通、电子、纺织、印刷、食品、建筑等诸多领域。奶牛饲喂机器人是用来进行奶牛个体精饲料补给的精准饲喂系统,主要由奶牛自动识别、计算机控制和喂料机构等3部分组成[1]。采用嵌入式计算机和可编程工业控制器为控制核心,并结合模式识别、无线射频卡、C++语言数据处理、数据库、管理决策软件、饲料加工等技术,研制全自动精确饲喂机器人。解决自动运行、投料定位、奶牛个体识别、精确定量混合、数据交换等精确饲喂技术关键。PLC is based on computer technology and general industrial automatic control equip- ment.
