摘　　要：通过对京津风沙源治理工程（一期）调研,发现工程建设（一期）成效显著,但同时也存在工程投资标准低、建设难度逐年加大、农林水等部门间需要加强协调配合等问题。需要在京津风沙源治理工程二期建设中完善政策,加强协调配合,实现京津风沙源工程综合治理。In 2012 the Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source control project （phase I ） has achieved remarkable re- sults, the project produced a significant ecological, economic and social benefits; but there is also a project invest- ment, construction of low standard and increasing difficulty, forestry and water departments need to strengthen coor- dination, need to improve policies in the two period of construction, strengthen coordination, achieve the compre- hensive management of the Beijing-Tianjin Project （phase II ）.
