摘 要:目的比较不同工作参数的铒激光切割牙体硬组织的效率并进行表面形态学分析,获得铒激光切割牙体硬组织的最佳工作参数,从而提高铒激光切割牙体硬组织的效率。方法按照纳入标准收集离体牙,用快钻金刚砂车针将每颗牙从牙颈部断开,再从近远中向将牙锯开,制成牙块,选择150个表面完整的牙块做为样本进行研究。首先用电子天平称出每个牙块的质量,根据铒激光不同的能量、频率和功率将150个牙块分成15个组进行照射,再用电子天平称出铒激光照射后的每个牙块的质量,用牙块的质量减去激光照射后牙块的质量,得出激光切割牙体的质量,统计分析评估切割效率。其次对每个样本进行清洗、固定、干燥、喷镀金属的处理,用S4700扫描电子显微镜对处理好的样本进行观测。结果 3、5、6、9组切割效率明显高于其他各组(P<0.05),但表面结构不一。结论较低的输出能量配合较高的频率及输出功率,能获得较高的切割效率,同时满足牙体预备的表面要求。Objective To compare the cutting efficiencies of Erbium YAG(Er:YAG) laser with different working parameters on cutting dental hard tissues and to perform surface morphological analysis for the optimal working parameters of Er:YAG laser cutting of dental hard tissues so as to enhance the cutting efficiency of Er:YAG laser. Methods According to the inclusion standard, several isolated teeth were collected and removed from cervix then sawed from near to far using fast diamond drilling for 150 teeth with entire surface as samples. Firstly, 150 teeth were weighed with electronic balance and divided into 15 groups according to different energy, frequency and power of Er: YAG laser. Thereafter, the teeth were weighed again after irradiation of Er:YAG laser for the weight of each tooth fragment by using the weight of teeth to minus the weight of teeth after irradiation, the cutting efficiencies were then statistically analyzed and evaluated. Secondly, each sample was performed treatments including cleaning, fixing, drying and metallizing and then observed with S4700 scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The cutting efficiencies in 3, 5, 6 and 9 groups were significantly higher than those in the other groups (P〈0.05), but the superficial constructions were different. Conclusion A low output energy, coupled with relatively high frequency and high out-put power may give rise to relatively higher cutting efficiency and meet the superficial requirements of teeth preparation.
