摘　　要：比较护理院校校园文化与医院护理文化,二者在结构、作用、目的、特点等方面有相同之处;在建设目标、建设主体、建设内容、本质特征等方面有一定的区别。强调为了实现护理院校校园文化与医院护理文化的有效对接,应准确把握二者之间的联系和区别。To compare the campus culture and hospital nursing culture of nursing schools. They were in common in terms of structure,role,purpose and characteristics ~ there were certain differences in goal of construction, the main body of construction, construction content and essential characteristics. It stressed that in order to achieve effective docking between the campus culture and culture of hospital care in nursing schools, we should accurately grasp the links and differences between the two.
