摘 要:文章基于拓扑优化的设计思想,以行李架支座刚度最大化为设计目标,考虑材料体积约束,对结构材料布局进行优化设计,采用准则法对优化问题进行求解。为了实现所设计结构的对称性和通用性,以2种不同工况下的结构加权刚度为目标函数,有限元建模和优化计算分别在软件Hypermesh和其优化模块Optistruct中进行,对最优结构的强度及模态校核证明了设计方案的可用性与有效性。In this paper,on the basis of the topologic optimization design,with the maximization of the stiffness of the luggage rack brackets as the design target,with consideration of volume constraint of materials,the optimized design is made for the arrangement of structure materials,and the criterion method is used to solve the optimization problem.In order to get the symmetry and universality of the designed structure,the weighted stiffness of structure under two different working conditions is used as the objective function,the finite element modeling and the optimization calculation are made respectively in the software Hypermesh and its optimized module Optistruct,thus,the applicability and effectiveness of the design scheme are proved for the strength of the optimized structure and the model checking.
