摘  要:目的比较Carisolv和传统手机在乳磨牙龋病治疗中去龋后窝洞表面微形态、充填后微渗漏情况及微拉伸粘接强度。方法 96颗离体龋坏乳磨牙,随机分成2组,分别用Carisolv和手机去龋,用扫描电镜观察窝洞表面形态,微渗漏发生情况,并测试微拉伸粘接强度。结果 Carisolv去龋组的牙本质表面牙本质小管口清晰可见,充填后微渗漏的发生与手机去龋组有统计学意义(Z=4.831,P<0.05),2组充填后的牙本质粘接强度差异无统计学意义(t=1.89,P>0.05)。结论 Carisolv能有效去除玷污层,显著减少术后微渗漏的发生,对牙本质粘接强度无显著影响。Objective To compare surface characteristics of the dentine cavity floor after preparation with Carisolv and drilling,the miroleakage and micro-tensile bonding strength after restoration.Methods Ninety-six extracted primary teeth with caries were divided into two groups and treated with bur or Carisolv to remove carious dentin respectively.The different surface characteristics of the dentine cavity floor and the microleakage and micro-tensile bonding strength after restoration were analyzed.Results The cavity surface of the Carisolv group showed that the smear layer was thin and the dentinal tubules were exposed.There was significant difference of microleakage between the two groups(Z=4.831,P0.05),but no significant difference of micro-tensile bonding strength(t=1.89,P0.05).Conclusion Carisolv produces a cavity surface with little smear layer.Caries removal with Carisolv can reduce microleakage of fillings.There is no significant difference of the bonding strengths between the two techniques.
