摘　　要：目的探讨FM微铰链式附着体义齿修复KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损的临床效果。方法收集KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损且采用FM微铰链式附着体义齿修复的患者27例,随访1～3年,随访内容包括临床和X线片检查,以及患者对义齿的主观评价。结果患者对FM微铰链式附着体义齿的咀嚼功能、固位效果、口腔舒适度、美观和发音功能表示满意;临床和X线片检查未见基牙牙槽骨明显吸收。结论 FM微铰链式附着体义齿固位力持久稳定、美观舒适,短期不会造成基牙牙槽骨明显吸收,是KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损较为理想的修复方式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of FM hinge micro attachment used in Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect.Methods 27 patients with Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect were collected and replaced with FM hinge micro attachments.All patients were followed up for 12 months to 3 years.The effects were evaluated based on subjective feeling,clinical and X-ray examination.Results All patients were satisfied with the FM hinge micro attachments which had good masticatory function,was comfortable,stable and beautiful,and the alveolar of abutment teeth appeared no obvious absorption examined by clinical and X-ray.Conclusion FM hinge micro attachment represents a functional,aesthetic and biological solution in Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect besides implant supported denture.
