摘　　要：社区图书馆的成效认定,对于图书馆发展路向举足轻重。大一统的"绩效评估"标准,与众多社区图书馆的实际操作之间有着相当的距离,把社区图书馆成效的认定职责交给社区读者和基层管理者,才能准确地测定图书馆工作成果并及时应对用户需求。促进社区图书馆的自主发展,不仅是图书馆事业的发展要求,也是社会文明建设的方向。Achievements of community library play an important role for library development.There is a distance between the united performance standard and actual operation in many community libraries that approximate standard words make line staff can not grasp and the role of the forces promoting the community library development is limited.Loading the responsibility of recognizing achievements of community library onto community readers and the grass-roots managers can accurately determine the library work and timely deal with the user demand.Promoting the independent development of community library is not the requirements of librarianship,but also the direction of new social civilization.
