刍议国家图书馆在我国外文电子资源共建共享中的作用——基于国家图书馆与各重要图书馆联盟的对比分析

摘　　要：文章通过分析国家图书馆、NSTL、CALIS和CASHL的电子资源馆藏政策与建设现状,指出国家图书馆在我国外文电子资源共建共享中应具有资源建设统筹、整合与后盾的职责,建议国家图书馆应进一步明确电子资源建设的发展方向,促进国家图书馆及全国的电子资源整合,加强国家图书馆在文献保障体系中的后盾作用。Through comparative analysis of the collection development policies and electronic resources development status among NSTL,CALIS,CASHL and NLC,the paper states several responsibilities of NLC in national e-resources cooperative development and sharing and suggests that NLC should stick to its e-resources development policy,enhance its holding＇s integration and national Union Catalog system of e-resources,and play an important supporter role in guarantee system of national union collection development.
