摘 要:目的分析广东药学院第一届卫生化学实验技能竞赛成绩,为进一步教改提供依据。方法举办卫生化学实验技能竞赛,初赛为实验理论考试,决赛为实验技能考试,并对学生竞赛成绩进行分析。结果参赛学生理论成绩(56.50±12.96)分,实验技能成绩(76.19±9.03)分,两者呈正相关。卫生检验专业参赛学生理论成绩高于预防医学专业参赛学生理论成绩,差异有统计学意义,正在学"卫生化学"的学生实验成绩差异无统计学意义(t=1.520,P﹥0.05)。结论卫生化学实验技能竞赛能提高学生的实际操作能力,也是检验第一课堂教学效果的有效工具。OBJECTIVE To analyze the scores of sanitary chemical experiment skill competition for students of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University and to provide basis for further teaching reform. METHODS Sanitary chemical experiment skill com- petition included theory examination and experiment skills operation. The scores of the two examinations were analyzed. RE- SULTS The mean theory score was 56.50 with SD of 12.96 and the mean experimental score was 76.19 with SD of 9.03. The theory score among the sanitary inspection students was significant higher than that among medical preventive students, but there was no significant difference for the experiment scores among these two speeiahy students learning "sanitary chemistry" (t = 1.520, P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION The students' experimental operation ability has been improved through the development of sanitary chemical experiment skill competition. It is also an effective measure for checking up the theoretical teaching effects.
