摘 要:目的了解与分析体育锻炼在医学生教育中的作用。方法对医学院校临床医学专业300名学生进行大学生体育锻炼问卷调查,调查主要内容包括大学生参与体育锻炼的主要方式、强度和频度。结果医学生体育锻炼方式强度和频度都与性别有关。医学生中每天业余时间能坚持体育锻炼2h的同学为34%,其中男同学占85%,能坚持体育锻炼1h的同学为59%,其中男同学占71%。能坚持体育锻炼半小时的同学占87%,其中男同学占68%。结论医学生体育锻炼存在形式单一、宣传力度不够、重竞技体育轻群众体育。体育锻炼在医学生习惯养成、思想政治和综合素质教育中都能起到积极的作用。OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the role of physical exercises in the education of medical students. METHODS Questionnaire survey on physical exercises was administered among 300 students from medical colleges or clinical professional universities. Questions focused on students' participation in physical exercises, intensity and frequency. RESULTS Medical Students' physical exercise intensity and frequency were gender-specific. 34% of medical students in spare time exer- cise every day for 2 hours, male students accounted for 85%. 59% of medical students have physical exercises for 1 hour, male students accounted for 71%. 87% of medical students have physical exercise for half an hour, male students accounted for 68%. CONCLUSION There is lack of awareness of physical exercises among medical students. The physical exercises only focus on certain kind of exercises. To improve physical exercises, medical students can play a positive role in educational, ideological and political education and the overall quality of education.
