摘 要:水通道蛋白是一个特异性跨膜转运水的蛋白质家族,其中水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在体内广泛分布,能明显提高细胞膜对水的通透性,维持细胞内外水的平衡。本文主要介绍多种影响AQP1表达的因素,如激素、渗透压、低氧浓度、缺血及药物分子和AQP1表达调控的机制,如细胞信号的转导、转录水平调节及蛋白质水平调节。Water channels aquaporins (AQPs) is a family of small integral plasma membrane proteins that primarily transport water across the plasma membrane. AQP1 is expressed widely in different kinds of mammal cells. It can osmotically increase the cell membrane permeability for water transport and plays an important role in water secretion, absorption and regulation of homeostasis. The expression of AQP1 is regulated by many factors, including phosphorylation, hypertonicity, hypoxia, and u- biquitination. The mechanism of AQP1 's expression is regulated by cell signal transduction, transcriptional and protein regula- tion. The goal of this paper is to introduce different factors that regulate AQP1 expression in transcription and protein level and its mechanism.
