摘 要:目的探讨不同海拔地区气候变化与牙体折裂的关系。方法对西宁、海南州、南京3个不同海拔地区679例折裂牙进行临床统计分析。结果 3个不同地区居民折裂牙牙位分布差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),3个不同地区居民折裂牙的牙髓治疗状况差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。西宁和海南州地区与南京地区相比较,牙体折裂例数与地区及月份之间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。在高海拔地区,牙体折裂与气压的变化呈正相关关系,在气温较高月份发生率较低,其余月份与气温的变化呈正相关关系。结论高寒缺氧、气候外环境的变化,口腔内环境的变化,是导致牙体折裂的相关危险因素。调及自身口腔内环境的维护,是牙齿保健、预防折裂的重中之重。OBJECTIVE To discuss the climate changes in different altitude area and its relationship with tooth fracture. METHODS 679 cases of fractured teeth in three areas of different elevations that Xining, Hainan, Nanjing were analyzed. RESULTS Fractured teeth distribution in three areas showed no significant differences (P 〉 0.05), and therapy in fractured teeth in three areas had significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Compared with Xining and Hainan areas and Nanjing area, there was a significant difference between the cases with teeth fracture and area and month (P 〈 0.05). At high altitude, tooth fracture and barometric pressure changes were positively correlated. In months with higher temperature, there was a lower incidence. In rest months, temperature are positively related with the incidence. CONCLUSION Alpine hypoxia, climate and environment change, the oral cavity environment changes are the risk factors of tooth fracture. Occlusal adjustment and oral environment maintenance are the priorities in dental care and prevention of fracture.
