摘　　要：讨论具有零阶齐次核的Hardy-Hilbert型级数不等式,在一条件下,得到了不等式的最佳常数因子.A generalized Hilbert type series inequality with the homogeneous kernel of 0-degree is given,the best constant factor of the inequality is considered in some conditions.
