摘　　要：浆母细胞淋巴瘤（plasmablastic lymphoma,PBL）临床罕见,是弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）的一种具有高度侵袭性的变异类型〔1〕。本文报告我院确诊的1例PBL患者,并进行文献复习。1病例资料患者,男,47岁,因＂右颊部肿胀2个月余＂入院。起病后当地医院诊断为＂蜂窝织炎＂,The patient had a lump in the right buccal region,about 4.0cm×3.0cm,tenderness＋.Pathological report：CD38,CD138and MUM-1were all positive;CD30,CD20,CD21and CD3were all negative;Ki-67was approximately 70%-80% positive.Pathological diagnosis：（right buccal region）plasmablastic lymphoma.
