摘 要:对从Phytozome数据库中获取的谷子基因组序列进行搜索,在21150.78kb序列中发现2872个SSR,平均每7.36kb就有一个SSR;共发现126种重复基元,其中二核苷酸和三核苷酸类型分别占63.41%和31.86%。初步设计了74对SSR引物,其中64对引物可以稳定扩增。利用40对引物对27份谷子品种进行多态性检验,27对引物扩增良好且多态性丰富,共扩增出220个等位变异,平均每个位点8.15个。In this study, we scanned the genomic sequence of foxtail millet that come from the Phytozome database. 2 872 SSRs in the 21 150.78 kb of genomic DNA sequence were acquired, and 126 repeat motifs were founded in total. The results indicated that there should be one SSR in 7.36 kb in length at average. Dinucleotide and trinu- cleotide type repeats were the main motif types, accounting for 63.41% and 31.86% of the total number of SSR loci, respectively. Furthermore, 74 pairs of SSR primers were designed, of which 64 pairs of primers can stable generate PCR amplified products. 27 foxtail millet varieties were applied to be amplified by using 40 primer pairs, of which 27 primers had rich polymorphism that totally generated 220 alleles, with the average 8.15 alleles per locus.
