代偿性矫治骨性开牙合畸形的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究代偿性矫治骨性开殆畸形改善口腔功能及颜面美观的临床效果。方法选择应用直丝弓矫治技术矫治完成的12例骨性开殆畸形患者，通过对矫治前后面殆像、模型、头颅侧位片测量分析进行回顾性研究。结果所有患者均显示出良好的代偿矫治效果，前牙开殆解除，覆殆覆盖关系正常，前牙覆殆平均增加3．67mm，咬胎关系良好，面形改善良好。结论应用直丝弓矫治技术代偿性矫治轻中度牙性骨性复合机制的开殆畸形能够获得良好的咬殆功能和改善面形的临床效果。Objective This study was designed to evaluate the clinical effects of compensatory treatment for skeletal openbite correction in development oral founction and facial profile. Methods All 12 cases of skeletal openbite treated with straight wire technique were chosen and evaluated retrospectively by analysis of the pre-treatment and post-treatment cephalometric radiographs. Results All cases obtained satisfactory treatment results, anterior openbite was corrected and achieved normal overbite and overjet. Analysis revealed that the overbite increased an average of 3.67 mm. The occlusion was perfect and facial contour was improved. Conclusion The satisfactory occlusion and facial profile can be obtained by straight wire technique compensatory treatment for mild and moderate openbite which is induced by both dental and skeletal factors.
