摘　　要：针对E时代对创新型人才的要求,分析了信息素质教育与E-创新人才培养的关系及图书馆在信息素质教育中的重要地位,并从信息素质教育的目的、内容及教育模式、实现方式等方面构建了基于E-创新人才培养的信息素质教育体系。According to the innovation talents requirements of electronic age,analyses the relationship between information literacy education and electronic innovative talens,and analyses the important position of university library in the information literacy education,then constructs the informaion literacy education system about electronic innovation talents cultivation from the information literacy education purpose,content and education mode and realization ways.
