摘 要:目的检测家族性腺瘤性息肉病基因工程小鼠模型(APCmin)脾脏结构变化,评价APCmin小鼠髓外造血系统的功能。方法分离APCmin小鼠的脾脏,组织切片后染色,与C57小鼠脾脏结构进行比较。同时,比较两种小鼠的外周血血常规结果。结果与C57小鼠比较,APCmin小鼠脾脏明显肿大,并出现显著的组织结构改变。外周血检测显示,APCmin小鼠出现一定程度的贫血。结论 APCmin小鼠由于体内WNT信号通路的持续激活,在形成肠道多发性腺瘤的同时,影响了小鼠脾脏的正常结构,进而影响了小鼠的造血功能。Objective To investigate the change of spleen histological structure and the function of extramedullary hematopoietic system in APCmin mice,in which the WNT signaling pathway is sustained activation.Method The spleen was extracted and subjected to histological examination in APCmin mice.And peripheral blood test was also detected in APCmin mice.Result The spleen was significantly enlarged and histological structure was also obviously changed in APCmin mice.Peripheral blood test showed that red blood cell count significantly decreased in APCmin mice.Conclusion Because of the sustained activation of WNT signaling pathway in APCmin mice,the function of spleen hematopoietic system changed and then the peripheral blood components were affected.
