摘 要:客车涂装过程中所采用的涂料和工艺与轿车和卡车涂装差不多,但由于客车本身受其车身外形尺寸大、产量低、生产中模具化差、钣金件的质量和装配性差等因素的影响,很多时候,必须刮涂不饱和聚酯腻子来弥补焊装和制作造成的车体缺陷。而不饱和聚酯腻子因受材料本身、涂装工艺、客车车身设计等诸多因素的影响,涂装及修补中有腻子涂层处极易造成涂层开裂、脱落等缺陷。分析了不饱和聚酯腻子的组成、特性、涂装工艺及操作步骤,以及腻子层开裂脱落的原因及其预防措施。The coatings application of coach is similar with cars and trucks. However, due to the big coach body, low productivity, low molding level, vulnerable stamping parts, and low assemblability etc ,unsaturated polyester putty is applied in many cases to make up for body defects during welding and manufacture. Cracking-off and fracture might be initiated with putty during coating and refinishing because of the defects of unsaturated polyester putty, poor coating application and coach body design defects etc. This essay mainly analyzes the composition, performances, coatings application and operation procedure of unsaturated polyestcn the cracking-off of putty and its prevention.
