摘　　要：针对集成创新过程中知识转移活动的复杂特性,结合物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法论,建立企业集成创新活动中知识转移的三维框架体系,构建基于WSR的集成创新知识转移模型,设计WSR框架下集成创新知识转移流程,分析企业集成创新过程中知识转移活动事理及人理作用的介入机理。For the complexity of knowledge transfer activities in the process of integrating innovation, combined with the wuli--shill--renli （WSR） methodology and construction of enterprise integrated innovation of knowledge transfer in three--frame system, designed integrated innovation model of knowledge transfer based on WSR, dc- signed the knowledge transfer process of the integrated innovation under the WSR framework, analysed the mecha- nism of shill--renli involved in knowledge transfer process of the integrated innovation.
