摘　　要：利用 Sephadex G- 2 5柱层析等方法对自制转移因子进行分离纯化 ,并进行分析 ,结果表明 ,其活性组分为多肽及核苷酸的复合物 ,各组分所携带的碱基成分一致 ,证明均为腺嘌呤 .氨基酸分析表明 。By using the chromatographic method of Sephadex G 25, the transfer factor(TF) was separated and purified. The separated active components were investigated. The results indicate that the active components are the compounds of polypeptide and neuleotide acid. All the base components that each ingredient takes are the same. And they have proved to be adenine. The amino acid analysis indicated that the gross amino acids in the TF included free amino acids and the amino acids that formed the polypeptide.
