摘  要:建立了植物源性食品中稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的分析方法。实验过程中优化了微波消解条件和ICP-MS工作参数。在微波条件下,采用HNO3+H2O2+HF混酸体系消解样品,以Rh(铑)、Re(铼)作为内标测定样品中的15种稀土元素La(镧)、Ce(铈)、Pr(镨)、Nd(钕)、Sm(钐)、Eu(铕)、Gd(钆)、Tb(铽)、Dy(镝)、Ho(钬)、Er(铒)、Tm(铥)、Yb(镱)、Lu(镥)、Y(钇)。为了验证方法的准确度、可靠性,对照分析了2种国家标准物质芹菜(GSB-26)、大葱(GSB-27),其实验测定值与标准值吻合。15种稀土元素的检出限为7.0~18.6μg/L,各元素测定的RSD(n=11)为0.7%~3.9%。A method of determination of rare earth elements in plant foods by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry was established. The microwave digestion conditions and ICP-MS operating parameters were optimized. First, the samples were digested by closed vessel microwave HNO3 + H2O2 + HF system, Rh,Re were used as internal standard to determine 15 kinds of rare earth elements including La ,Ce,Pr ,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb, Lu and Y. In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the method, two standard substarnces celery and green onion were tested and compared with the certified values. The detection limit range was from 7.0μg/L to 18.6 μg/L depending on the rare earth elements, and RSD of the method varied between 0.7% and 3.9% for a set of eleven replicates.
