摘 要:为了解邢台市0~7岁儿童末梢血矿物质元素含量与年龄及性别的关系,对9 901例儿童末梢血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种元素进行了测定,用SPSS 18.0做统计分析。结果表明,儿童末梢血锌元素含量低于正常值范围,缺乏最严重;钙、铁和锌元素含量在年龄上呈现一定变化规律;铜元素在男女性别间有显著差异(P<0.01);不同年龄段5种元素含量差异显著(P<0.01)。提示儿童锌元素参考值有待重新制订,以便对儿童元素含量做出合理判断与评价,预防矿物质元素缺乏。To investigate the deficiency of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron in preschoolers of xingtai city and explore the relationship among the content of the five trace elements, and the preschoolers age and their sex, the content of trace elements in 9 901 preschoolers peripheral blood was detected, and the data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results show that the deficiency of Zn was serious, the content of Ca, Fe and Zn changed regularly with age, and the level of Cu betweenboys and girls was obvious (P 〈0.01). The five elements there are age difference (P 〈0.01). It concludes the normal value of Zn elements need modified again, in order to guide reasonable nutrition and prevent trace elements deficiencies.
