摘　　要：介绍了武钢炼铁厂5#高炉罐式炉顶齿轮箱监测诊断系统．该系统通过安装振动传感器和共振解调装置，对电流、氮气和水的压力、流量、温度等参数进行综合监测，达到故障诊断和支持维修决策的目的．By way of vibration transducer and demodulation device, the parameter of the electric current,the pressure, the flow and the temperature of nitrogen and water of the equipment can be monitored, comprehensively and the goal of fault diagnosis and maintenance decision, the management of equipments can be achived. As a practical example described the monitoring and diagnosis system was described for gear box pot type furnace top of No. 5 BF at the Ironmaking Plant of WISCO.
