摘 要:介绍了一款无线闭环神经信号记录与刺激系统的设计与实现方案。该系统采用低功耗商用无线芯片及单片机实现神经电生理信号的采集和无线数据传输,通过LabVIEW程序实现实时闭环反馈与控制。体表肌电测试表明该系统能够以无线的方式实时可靠地检测神经电位信号的变化,并产生相应的刺激脉冲。该系统结构简单、成本低、可靠性高、响应速度快,在慢性疼痛、帕金森氏症、癫痫等病症辅助治疗领域具备广泛的应用前景。This paper presents a wireless closed-loop system for neural signal acquisition and neurostimulation. Low power wireless chip and MCU were utilized to provide neural signal acquisition and wireless transmission. A custom- made LabVIEW software with real-time feedback was developed to achieve closed-loop control. The experiment results of acquiring EEG signal showed that the system could record the signal and trigger the stimulation through the feedback algorithm. The wireless closed-loop system has provided a simplified and efficient method for further study of chronic pain,Parkinson's disease and epilepsy.
