摘　　要：[目的]总结郭振球教授运用百合汤加味治疗胃痛的经验。[方法]提要分析百合汤的源流及近现代医家临证运用百合汤治疗胃痛的临床案例,结合实例观察郭振球教授运用百合汤治疗胃痛的加减变化及临床疗效。[结果]百合汤治疗胃痛有历代文献及临床依据,郭振球教授运用百合汤加味治疗胃痛疗效显著。[结论]郭振球教授运用百合汤加味治疗胃痛经验丰富,疗效肯定,值得传承推广。[Objective]To probe the experiences of the professor Guo Zhenqiu in treating stomachache by Baihe Tang.[Methods]By sorting out the origins of the Baihe Tang,analyzing that professor Guo and modern physicians applied Baihe Tang,we observed the efficiency of Baihe Tang in curing stomachache.[Results]Baihe Tang made a good effect in treating stomachache.[Conclusions]Baihe Tang has a sensational efficiency for stomachache,professor Guo has plenty of experience and notable curative effect in treating stomachache disease by using Baihe Tang.
