紫癜Ⅰ号对过敏性紫癜患者血清leptin、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察紫癜I号治疗过敏性紫癜(henoch-schonlein purpura,HSP)的临床疗效,通过检测治疗前后患者血清leptin、IL-6的表达水平的变化,探讨紫癜I号治疗HSP的可能作用机理。[方法]符合诊断标准的60例HSP患者按照1:1随机分成两组。治疗组给予紫癜I号口服,对照组西医常规治疗,4周为1疗程;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测治疗前后患者血清leptin、IL-6的水平,另取健康志愿者10例作为健康对照组。[结果]治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,总有效率分别为90.0%和73.3%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清leptin、IL-6的水平明显高于健康对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后血清leptin、IL-6的水平均有不同程度的下降,与治疗前相比均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗组下降更显著,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]紫癜I号能有效改善HSP患者的临床症状,其作用机制可能与降低血清leptin、IL-6水平有关。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of the Purpura-I treatment of HSP and changes in leukocyte surface adhesion molecules leptin and IL-6 expression levels in HSP（Henoch-Schonlein purpura） patients after treatment so as to discuss the pathogenesis of HSP as well as the function mechanism of Purpura-I Decoction.[Methods]Clinical evaluations were made on 60 patients suffering from HSP.They were randomly divided into two groups in the proportion of 1 to 1.The treatment group cases were treated with oral Purpura-I Decoction and the control group cases were treated with modern medicine,four weeks as a period.Then observed the leukocyte surface adhesion molecules leptin,IL-6 expression levels in HSP patients detected by flow cytometry and compared the results before and after treatment.Put another 10 cases of healthy volunteers as normal control group.[Results]The clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than control group,the total effective rates were 90.0% and 73.3% respectively.Before treatment,the expression levels of leptin,IL-6 in HSP patients were higher than the healthy control group.After the treatment,the leptin and IL-6 expression levels of both groups were significantly reduced,there was markedly difference between the two groups before and after the treatment.[Conclusion] Purpura-I Decoction can lower the expression levels of leukocyte surface adhesion molecules leptin,IL-6,so as to improve the clinical symptoms of HSP patients.
