摘　　要：近年来,高等职业教育发展迅猛。实训室是培养学生综合能力和素质的场所,也是现代高校办学实力和科研水平的重要标志之一。高职实训室的建设和管理是不容忽视的工作。但是,如何有效地管理实训室,如何最大限度地利用实训设施?这是高职实训管理研究的重要课题。本文通过借鉴企业的"6S"管理模式,提出了一系列高职实训室管理措施,以便规范高职实训室管理。In recent years, the higher vocational education is developing rapidly. The training room is place to cultivate students＇ comprehensive ability and quality, and is one of the important symbol of strength and scientific research level of higher education. Construction arid management of vocational training room can not be ignored. However, how to ef- fectively manage the training room, how to maximize use of training facilities？ This is an important research subject of vocational training management. Learning from ＂6s＂ management model of enterprises, this paper presents a series of vocational training room management measures to regulate Vocational Training room management.
