摘　　要：目的:探讨仿真排粪造影对正确诊断直肠粘膜滑脱的重要意义。方法:对近1年来主诉排便困难、有排便不净感患者行传统排粪造影及仿真排粪造影X线检查。结果:376例经仿真排粪造影诊断为直肠粘膜滑脱导致排便功能障碍。结论:仿真排粪造影对正确诊断直肠粘膜滑脱具有重要意义。Objective：Discussing the important significance of Simulation Defecography for Diagnosis Direct mucosal detachment.Methods：In recent years,complained of a difficult bowel movement,there is no net sense of defecation in patients with the conventional defecography[1] and simulation defecography X-ray examination[2].Results：The simulation defecography 376 cases diagnosed as rectal mucosa,leading to bowel dysfunction,spondylolisthesis[3].Conclusion：Simulation defecography direct mucosal detachment on the correct diagnosis has important significance.
